A Proximity Switch is a device which detects the presence of nearby objects without any physical contact. This can be done using the electromagnetic field or electromagnetic radiation beam in which the field or return signal changes in the event of the presence of any object in its surrounding. Proximity Sensors detect an object without touching it and therefore, they do not cause abrasion or damage to the object. The devices such as limit switches detect an object by contacting it, but Proximity Sensors are able to detect the presence of the object electrically, without any touch.

These are non-contact type speed monitoring units for monitoring Over-speed / Under-speed of any rotary or linear motion. The units are available as 2 part version (Monitoring unit + Sensor probe). The units are available for indoor & outdoor applications in different enclosure. The standard models are having a potentiometer for setting
These are non-contact type speed monitoring units for monitoring Over-speed / Under-speed of any rotary or linear motion. The units are available as 2 part version (Monitoring unit + Sensor probe). The units are available for indoor & outdoor applications in different enclosure. The standard models are having a potentiometer for setting & a relay operates at preset value. Special purpose models are available with Digital indication / 4-20 mA output / RS-485 port.

A Level Sensors detect the level of liquids and other fluids and fluidized solids, including slurries, granular materials, and powders that exhibit an upper free surface. Substances that flow become essentially horizontal in their containers because of gravity whereas most bulk solids pile at an angle of repose to a peak.

Level sensors are one of the very important sensors and play very important role in a variety of consumer/ industrial applications. As with other types of sensors, level sensors are available or can be designed using a variety of sensing principles. Useful for monitoring levels of bulk materials, liquids, grains, plastic granules in material handling plants, thermal power stations, process industries etc.
